Porto-based opportunity with hybrid work model (3 remote days per week).
As a Full-Stack Developer, you will be working for our client, a leading player in the banking industry, supporting the IT Market & Static Data team within the IT Risk department. You’ll contribute to the PPSM project, a key reference point for pricing parameters and data structures, collaborating with an international team across Porto and Paris to deliver robust, scalable solutions that enhance financial data management and risk assessment. Your main responsibilities:
- Develop new features and functionalities within the existing applications, ensuring robustness and performance.
- Maintain and evolve mature software solutions, implementing necessary updates and improvements.
- Participate actively in all phases of the software lifecycle, from analysis and design to testing and deployment.
- Support end users, providing proactive assistance and resolving technical issues efficiently.
You’re ideal for this role if you have:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a full stack .NET Developer with Angular front-end expertise.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, or Sybase.
- Hands-on experience with code versioning and CI/CD tools like Git, Jira, Jenkins, BitBucket, or XLDeploy.
- Experience with development processes including analysis, design, testing, and deployment.
- Fluent English communication skills (minimum B2 level).
It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)
- Knowledge of orchestration tools like Control-M.
- Familiarity with microservices architectures.
- Experience with distributed data technologies such as Hadoop, HDFS, Hive, Kafka, etc.
- Banking industry experience or knowledge.
- French language skills (not mandatory).
Language Required for the role:
- Fluent English (minimum B2 level).
