Allowing up to 2 days remote per week.
As a Senior Test Automation Engineer – QA and Development, you will be working for our client, an international leader in IT solutions, dedicated to elevating software quality through cutting-edge automation strategies. You will help shape the future of testing automation and contribute to high-impact projects that deliver excellence across industries.
Your main responsibilities:
- Design and maintain reusable automation frameworks (page-object, service-object, data-driven).
- Develop UI, API, and mobile test scripts while ensuring privacy-by-design principles.
- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines and monitor pipeline health.
- Create and update test status reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
- Execute manual and automated tests, logging defects and ensuring traceability.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and provide clear, technical, and business-facing reports.
- Debug failing test scripts and pipeline steps by reading Java code.
- Participate in code reviews for automation repositories and support utilities development.
You're ideal for this role if you have:
- At least 4 years of experience in test automation or related fields.
- Strong proficiency in automation tools: Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber/BDD, Rest Assured, Postman, Karate, Appium.
- Proven experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI).
- Solid Java programming skills, including debugging and extending automation code.
- Experience with test management tools like Jira/Xray and defining KPIs.
- Leadership capabilities to guide and mentor team members.
- Excellent communication skills in English (communicative level).
It is a strong plus if you have:
- Knowledge of banking or wealth management domains.
- French language skills.
