As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be working for our client, a leading financial institution at the forefront of digital transformation within the banking industry. You will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing digital foundations such as process management, electronic signatures, document dematerialization, and electronic archiving. Your contributions will help shape innovative solutions that streamline banking offers and ensure regulatory compliance, fostering growth and efficiency in the digital space.
Your main responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor PSEE deliveries, ensuring timely and quality execution
- Assist business teams by handling the functional aspects of signature projects and incorporating change requests
- Monitor production activities within the squad’s scope, maintaining operational excellence
- Draft and review risk analysis documents, ensuring alignment with standards
- Participate actively in steering committees (COPILs) and other monitoring meetings
- Support the creation of functional and organizational design documents, test strategies, and plans
- Foster collaboration with PSEE service providers and other SNI teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Synthesize complex information into clear, comprehensive deliverables and presentations
You're ideal for this role if you have:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in business analysis, project or product management within digital or banking environments
- Strong knowledge of user journeys, banking business processes, and digitalization strategies
- Proven experience coordinating stakeholders and managing projects with multiple teams
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to produce clear and concise documentation
- Good command of English, with French language skills being a strong plus
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools
It is a strong plus if you have:
- Additional certifications in project management or business analysis
- Experience working within European banking or financial sectors
Language required for the role:
English (Communicative), French (desired)
