As a Senior React & Oracle HCM Cloud Fullstack Developer, you will be working for our client, a leader in HR technology solutions dedicated to transforming how organizations manage human capital. Your expertise will help build scalable, secure, and intuitive interfaces that seamlessly integrate React applications with Oracle HCM Cloud, powering next-generation HR platforms and automating complex HR processes for global clients. Your main responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize React components using Hooks, State management, and React Router for dynamic and scalable user interfaces.
• Integrate front-end applications with Oracle HCM Cloud REST APIs, managing OAuth authentication and security protocols.
• Build and extend Oracle HCM UI with VBCS extensions and custom React components, ensuring seamless integration and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues between React UI and Oracle HCM, improving data flow and user experience.
• Collaborate within Agile teams using Jira to deliver high-quality features on time and within scope.
• Stay updated with Oracle HCM architecture, security roles, and extendibility to enhance application robustness.
• Contribute to personal projects, exploring HR dashboards and recruitment forms, utilizing official Oracle resources and certifications.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• Over 4 years of experience with React, including Hooks, State management (Redux, Context API), and component patterns.
• Hands-on experience integrating React with Oracle HCM Cloud, including REST APIs and security management.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern front-end best practices.
• Understanding of Oracle HCM architecture, VBCS, and JET frameworks.
• Fluent English communication skills (C1 level).

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Proficiency in French (B2 level).
• Experience with TypeScript, testing libraries (Jest, React Testing Library), and GraphQL.
• Oracle Cloud certifications such as HCM Implementation Specialist.

Language required for the role:

• Good command of English (C1 level).
