Senior IT Transition Consultant – Banking & Transformation

As a Senior IT Transition Consultant, you will be working for our client, a leader in banking and transformation services. You will contribute to the successful integration of new IT scopes, supporting large-scale transition projects that drive operational excellence and client success. This role offers a dynamic environment for career growth in a fast-changing industry.

Your main responsibilities:

• Lead and support the planning, structuring, and execution of transition projects, ensuring timely delivery.
• Facilitate scoping workshops with clients and internal teams, gathering requirements, clarifying scopes, and consolidating decisions.
• Ensure the operational deployment of transition methodology by customizing tools, templates, and processes to project specifics.
• Support clients by clearly communicating transition steps, prerequisites, and stakeholder expectations.
• Foster stakeholder engagement, ensuring the mobilization of teams and documentation aligned with contractual conditions.
• Consolidate project indicators, risks, and decisions, producing comprehensive reports for management.
• Coordinate with support functions such as sourcing, HR, IT, and middle office to ensure cohesive project execution.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• Over 4 years of experience in transformation, organizational, or IT integration projects, preferably within banking.
• Solid IT knowledge, particularly in banking environments or IT service models.
• Proficiency with delivery models, service centers, and IT service providers (ESN).
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• Fluent in French (B2 or higher) and English (B2 communicative).

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Certifications or experience in project management or change management.

• English (Communicative level)
• French (B2 or higher)
