As a Senior QA / Automated Test Engineer (Applicative Homologation & UAT), you will be working for our client, a leader in delivering complex web applications, APIs, and database solutions. Your expertise will help shape rigorous testing strategies, ensure software quality, and support seamless application homologation and user acceptance testing within a dynamic Agile environment. This role offers a pathway to advance your skills and influence innovative projects at a global level.
Your main responsibilities:
- Define, enhance, and implement comprehensive test strategies aligned with functional requirements while collaborating with Business Analysts.
- Develop, automate, and execute test suites for web applications, REST APIs, and batch processes using BDD methodologies (Cucumber/Gherkin) and frameworks like Katalon.
- Validate non-regression test suites, monitor anomalies, and report critical gaps using Jira and Xray.
- Maintain and optimize the test infrastructure, integrating automated testing workflows into Jenkins CI/CD pipelines.
- Work within an Agile team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of testing practices and methodologies.
You’re ideal for this role if you have:
- 7+ years of experience in QA and Test Automation, with a focus on web, API, and database testing.
- Strong proficiency in test automation tools such as Cucumber (Gherkin), Katalon (Groovy + Java), and Jira / Xray.
- Solid programming skills in Java, Groovy, and scripting on the command line.
- Experience with REST API testing, SQL/Database Management Systems (SGBD), and Batch Process validation.
- Hands-on experience with Git, Bitbucket, and Jenkins for version control and CI/CD workflows.
- Proven ability to operate in an Agile environment, including UAT and applicative homologation processes.
- Excellent communication skills in English (fluency required).
It is a strong plus if you have:
- Experience working within Windows Server environments.
- Certifications or additional expertise related to QA or automation frameworks.

- Fluent English (both spoken and written).
