As a Tech Lead Fullstack Java / Angular & GCP, you will be working for our client, a leader in the financial technology sector, committed to redefining digital payment solutions. You will drive the evolution of core payment products, orchestrating cloud migration, scaling microservices, and engineering robust software architecture to shape the future of seamless financial transactions.

Your main responsibilities:

• Act as the primary technical authority within an Agile team, guiding architecture, software design, and release strategies across hybrid/cloud environments.
• Lead frontend development by defining architecture and overseeing UI implementation using Angular.
• Manage cloud-native microservices deployment, migration, and management on GCP platforms such as GKE, Cloud Run, and App Engine.
• Lead code reviews, enforce coding standards (SOLID, Clean Code), and promote secure RESTful API integrations.
• Collaborate closely with cross-border stakeholders, translating business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Mentor developers across all levels, fostering best practices and continuous improvement.
• Drive cloud modernization initiatives and ensure best practices in microservices management.
• Oversee the deployment and maintenance of continuous integration and delivery pipelines.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• 8+ years of experience in software development with proven leadership in complex projects.
• Strong expertise in Java (17/21), Spring Boot, and front-end development with Angular.
• Extensive experience working with GCP services like GKE, Cloud Run, and Cloud SQL.
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and cloud deployment strategies.
• Fluency in English (B2/C1 level).

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Knowledge of relational databases such as Oracle and SQL.
• Experience with NoSQL databases or additional certifications in cloud technologies.
