Your main responsibilities:

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation to enhance operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, security protocols, and quality assurance
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to translate technical concepts into clear business value
• Drive innovation by leveraging the latest technologies and development methodologies

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in leading IT project teams
• Strong expertise in software development, architecture, and team management
• Proficiency in modern programming languages and frameworks pertinent to digital transformation initiatives
• Proven track record of managing complex projects within fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication skills in English; French language skills are a plus

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Certifications in project management or relevant technical domains
