As a Senior Technical Support Analyst, you will be working for our client, a leading organization in financial information systems, dedicated to maintaining and optimizing finance, accounting, and procurement systems. Your main responsibilities:

• Provide first-level support for incident management and user requests, ensuring swift resolution of issues.
• Conduct corrective maintenance to resolve system anomalies and reduce downtime.
• Execute and support unit testing for system updates and improvements.
• Contribute to continuous service quality enhancement through proactive monitoring and support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system evolutions and upgrades.
• Document incidents, solutions, and technical procedures to maintain comprehensive records.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in technical support or IT systems maintenance, preferably within financial or regulatory environments.
• Strong technical skills in financial systems, IT support, or related areas.
• Experience with incident management and troubleshooting complex issues.
• Good command of English; proficiency in French is essential.

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Knowledge of finance or accounting systems.
• Certifications in IT support or relevant technical disciplines.

• French (Proficient level)
