Senior Full Stack Developer – Treasury Solutions

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will be working for our client, a leading banking group, contributing to the development and maintenance of essential Treasury solutions across Portugal and France. Your main responsibilities:

• Develop, enhance, and maintain web applications and APIs for treasury management solutions.
• Implement best practices in code quality, testing, and deployment, ensuring reliable system performance.
• Collaborate in agile teams using Scrum and Kanban methodologies, utilizing Jira and Confluence.
• Participate actively in code reviews, contributing to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
• Design and optimize relational database interactions, primarily using Oracle.
• Utilize AI coding assistants to improve productivity and code quality.
• Support and guide less experienced team members, fostering a culture of mentorship.
• Contribute to the integration of automation and CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• 8+ years of experience in full-stack development within a financial or similar demanding environment.
• Strong expertise with Angular 2+, Java, Spring Boot, and related frameworks.
• Proficiency with Maven, Jboss/Tomcat, and unit testing libraries like JUnit/Mockito.
• Experience with relational databases, especially Oracle.
• Working knowledge of Linux, Shell scripting, and DevOps principles.
• Solid understanding of software design patterns and agile methodologies.
• Experience with AI coding tools and continuous integration environments.

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Knowledge of French language.
• Certifications in relevant technologies or methodologies.

Language required for the role:
Fluent in English and Portuguese.
