Mid-Level QA Engineer – AI & Automation Focus

As a Mid-Level QA Engineer, you will be working for our client, a forward-thinking technology company dedicated to building and evolving a cutting-edge platform. You'll play a crucial role in shaping the quality standards of a dynamic product & engineering environment, leveraging AI and automation to deliver excellence and continuous improvement.

Your main responsibilities:

• Define and implement the structure of the QA organization, setting standards for manual and automated testing.
• Lead and coordinate the QA Tribe, ensuring consistent adoption of best practices, testing frameworks, and quality benchmarks across teams.
• Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to make key decisions regarding test frameworks, environments, and infrastructure.
• Design, build, and maintain automated test suites, integrating them into CI/CD pipelines to ensure robust test coverage.
• Develop and track quality KPIs, testing insights, and defect trends, providing visibility at the organizational level.
• Drive the full coverage of core user flows initially, then expand testing scope across the platform.
• Contribute actively to challenging testing scenarios, supporting teams with technical expertise and innovative solutions.
• Foster a quality-driven culture through effective communication and stakeholder engagement.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• 3+ years of professional experience in software testing and quality assurance.
• Strong understanding of manual and automated testing practices, including test automation, CI/CD, and modern testing tools.
• Hands-on experience working with test frameworks, test environments, and test data management.
• Familiarity with AI applications in daily QA work is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and build high-performing QA teams.
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Certifications in testing or automation tools.
• Experience with cloud environments and Kubernetes.

• Fluent English.
