Senior Business Analyst – Agile Delivery & Jira

Lisbon-based opportunity with a hybrid work model, including up to two remote days per week.

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be working for our client, supporting business requirements analysis and Agile delivery. You will help bridge business needs and information systems, strengthen quality tracking, and contribute to well-documented, effective solutions within a collaborative delivery environment.

Your main responsibilities:

• Gather, clarify, and analyse business requirements.
• Support Agile and Scrum delivery throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage test coverage and quality tracking using Xray and JIRA.
• Contribute to solution design and documentation using Figma and Confluence.
• Facilitate communication between business and technical stakeholders.
• Identify risks, resolve problems, and help maintain delivery quality.
• Demonstrate proactivity, organisation, and rigour in day-to-day activities.
• Participate in on-call availability when required.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Information Systems Consultant.
• Strong experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Practical knowledge of Confluence, Xray, Figma, and JIRA.
• Proven ability to gather and analyse business requirements.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving abilities.
• A proactive mindset and strong team spirit.

Language Required for the role:

• French at a fluent level (C1).
• English at a communicative level (B2).
