As a Junior Application Support Engineer, you will be working for our client, a leading player in the tech industry, dedicated to delivering innovative software solutions that enhance user experience and operational efficiency. Your main responsibilities:

• Provide first-line technical support for application-related issues, ensuring swift resolution and minimal downtime.
• Troubleshoot daily user inquiries, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
• Collaborate with development teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
• Document support activities meticulously to facilitate continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
• Assist in onboarding new users and delivering training on application features.
• Monitor system performance and assist in routine maintenance tasks.
• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of support processes and tools.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in application support or technical support roles.
• Solid understanding of software applications and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Good command of English (communicative level).
• French language skills are required at a communicative level.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing on-site presence with remote work.

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Experience working with specific support ticketing systems or ITSM tools.
• Certifications in technical support or related areas.
• Knowledge of basic scripting or automation tools is a plus.
