Your main responsibilities:

• Analyze and gather business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, user stories, and story maps.
• Develop and maintain detailed functional and technical documentation, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Support and contribute to 2nd level support activities, troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.
• Write and execute test cases to validate requirements, facilitating smooth project delivery.
• Utilize SQL queries and databases to extract data and support analysis.
• Ensure technical architecture complies with project specifications and best practices.
• Work within an Agile environment, participating actively in sprints and stand-ups.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Proven expertise with Oracle systems.
• Experience supporting Level 2 support activities.
• Strong skills in requirements analysis, functional specifications, user stories, and story mapping.
• Excellent technical writing abilities for functional and technical documentation.
• Good command of SQL queries and understanding of database models.
• Solid knowledge of technical architecture and Agile methodologies.
• Exceptional communication skills, proactive, and autonomous in work approach.

It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)

• Certifications in Business Analysis or Agile methodologies.

Language Required for the role:

• English (Communicative proficiency)
• French (C1 level)
