As a Senior OpenShift & Kubernetes Engineer, you will be working for our client, a global leader in enterprise cloud solutions. You will play a critical role in designing, deploying, and managing scalable container orchestration environments, empowering organizations to accelerate digital transformation and operational efficiency. Your main responsibilities:

• Lead the deployment and management of OpenShift 4.X and Kubernetes clusters, ensuring high availability and resilience.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Ansible, scripting in Python, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Integrate and manage tools like ArgoCD, Helm, Grafana, and Prometheus for deployment, monitoring, and alerting.
• Administer Linux systems with a focus on security, performance, and scalability.
• Collaborate with development teams to optimize containerization and deployment strategies.
• Implement and manage Red Hat Advanced Cluster Management (RHACM) to streamline multi-cluster environments.
• Enhance system automation and orchestration processes to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives through performance tuning and troubleshooting.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• 9+ years of experience in cloud systems engineering or DevOps with a focus on container orchestration.
• Strong expertise in OpenShift 4.X and Kubernetes management.
• Familiarity with deployment and monitoring tools: ArgoCD, Helm, Grafana, Prometheus.
• Proficiency in automation using Ansible and scripting in Python.
• Solid understanding of Linux system administration.
• Experience with Red Hat Advanced Cluster Management (RHACM).
• Knowledge of Git version control and CI/CD pipelines.

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Certifications related to Red Hat or Kubernetes platforms.
• Experience working in agile environments and cross-functional teams.

Language Required for the role:

• Fluent English and Portuguese.
