Operations Integration Engineer – Cloud & Infrastructure

Lisbon-based opportunity with a hybrid work model, including up to 2 remote days per week.

As an Operations Integration Engineer, you will be working for our client, supporting system integration and operational activities across cloud, infrastructure, application server, and Linux and Windows environments. You will help ensure reliable deployments, effective monitoring, and swift incident resolution within a collaborative operations team.

Your main responsibilities:

• Operate and support infrastructure across OpenStack, Windows Server, and Linux environments.
• Manage application servers, including Tomcat and Apache.
• Administer job scheduling and file transfer processes using Control-M and CFT.
• Support deployments and orchestration with AWS, Kubernetes, and ArgoCD.
• Handle incidents and service requests using ServiceNow and monitor system performance with Dynatrace.
• Apply ITIL practices to maintain effective operational processes.
• Participate in shift work and provide on-call support when required.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• At least 2 years of experience in infrastructure, operations, or system integration.
• Practical experience with OpenStack, Windows, and Linux environments.
• Knowledge of AWS, Kubernetes, and ArgoCD.
• Experience managing Tomcat and Apache application servers.
• Familiarity with Control-M and CFT.
• Experience using ServiceNow and Dynatrace.
• Knowledge of ITIL practices.
• Analytical and critical-thinking skills, strong communication abilities, proactivity, problem-solving skills, and team spirit.

Language Required for the role:
Communicative English.
