Empower automation excellence — lead innovative RPA solutions and shape the future of digital workforce!
Lisbon-based opportunity with hybrid work model
As a Tech Lead Developer RPA, you will be working for our client in the insurance sector, leading a squad that designs, builds and runs UiPath automations. You will own the technical vision and the orchestration of the robot estate, guide the developers on design and quality, and make sure the automations that go live are the ones the business can rely on.
Your main responsibilities:
- Orchestrate the robot estate in UiPath Orchestrator: queues, schedules, resource allocation and the healthy use of the platform.
- Own the technical design of the squad's user stories and features, in line with the client's development standards.
- Guide the developers on development best practices, peer review and technical quality, and support the technical skill development of the team.
- Write and validate technical specifications, and keep the squad's documentation and JIRA items accurate.
- Manage technical debt and drive the technical improvement actions of the squad.
- Ensure the automations you deliver are properly tested and integrated before they reach production.
You're ideal for this role if you have:
- Solid hands-on experience as an RPA developer, with time spent leading or technically guiding a team.
- Strong command of UiPath Orchestrator (expert level is what makes the difference in this role), UiPath Studio and UiPath Robots.
- Good development skills in VB.NET and .NET.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server.
- Experience writing technical specifications.
- Experience working in an Agile squad, using JIRA and Confluence.
It is a strong plus if you have:
- A UiPath Solution Architect certification.
- Knowledge of the insurance business.
Language Required for the role:
- English C1
- French B1
Eligibility for the role:
- Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in the European Union will be considered for this role.
