Senior Application Support Engineer – Java, Spring, Angular

As a Senior Application Support Engineer, you will be working for our client, a leading player in the technology industry committed to delivering robust and scalable software solutions. You will help ensure the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of critical applications through expert incident management, technical analysis, and sustainable problem resolution. Your main responsibilities:

• Manage and resolve incidents promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Analyze technical issues with precision to identify root causes and implement effective, long-term fixes.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to maintain and enhance application performance.
• Support applications from configuration through to deployment, ensuring optimal operational efficiency.
• Implement and oversee CI/CD pipelines, utilizing tools like Git, Docker/Kubernetes, and Argo CD.
• Conduct code and process quality assessments using SonarQube and other relevant tools.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system stability and scalability.
• Document technical procedures and incident resolutions to facilitate ongoing knowledge sharing.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• 5+ years of development and application support experience in enterprise environments.
• Proficiency in Java (8+), Spring framework, SQL, and Angular.
• Solid knowledge of CI/CD principles, Git, Docker/Kubernetes, Argo CD, and SonarQube.
• Strong interaction skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Additional certifications related to cloud platforms or DevOps practices.
• Experience working in multicultural, collaborative teams.
• Fluency in French alongside English.

• Fluent English and French.
