Lisbon-based opportunity with hybrid work model (up to 3 remote days per week).
As a Senior Identity and Access Management Specialist, you will be working for our client, a prominent global financial services provider dedicated to delivering secure, innovative solutions to its clients. You will play a key role in managing and enhancing access management processes, ensuring compliance, and supporting the evolution of security practices within the organization. This position offers a dynamic environment for professional growth and meaningful impact in the financial sector.
Your main responsibilities:
- Record and manage external collaborator access in the RPG system, overseeing resources like folders, distribution lists, mailboxes, and applications.
- Conduct regular audits and controls of access rights to ensure security and compliance standards.
- Collaborate closely with TRM teams to coordinate access management and security initiatives.
- Respond to business needs for integrating new tools and applications within the Information System, ensuring secure access governance.
- Track and process change requests and security modifications for business and Groupe BPCE tools.
- Address and implement new TRM-related requirements for identity and access management.
- Drive continuous process improvements, expand CSL activities, and contribute to team knowledge sharing initiatives.
- Develop and monitor KPIs to measure activity performance and automate reporting processes to enhance operational visibility.
- Establish and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base within the IAM team, fostering resilience during staff absences.
You're ideal for this role if you have:
- At least 6 years’ proven experience in Identity and Access Management.
- Strong familiarity with access management concepts and relevant tools.
- In-depth understanding of IT security principles and best practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Portuguese proficiency is also required.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
It is a strong plus if you have:
- Experience within the financial services industry.
- Familiarity with Groupe BPCE tools and processes.
- Knowledge of ITIL best practices.
Language required for the role:
- Fluent English and Portuguese.
