Senior Palmyra/Java Developer

This is a hybrid Lisbon-based opportunity – 2x in the office

As a Senior Palmyra/Java Developer, you will work for our client – a global IT leader driving innovation with cutting-edge solutions and services. You will be responsible for leading the development team in creating high-performance applications using Palmyra and Java technologies.

Your main responsibilities:

• Create and manage applications using Java and Angular, ensuring high performance and responsiveness

• Develop and execute test scripts using tools like SOAP UI, and Postman, and ensure functionality through rigorous testing

• Work with SQL and SQL Server to manage and query databases efficiently.

• Use Palmyra for project management tasks, ensuring projects are on track and meet deadlines

• Use Android Studio, Cordova, and Ionic to develop and maintain mobile applications

You’re ideal for the role if you have:

• Strong knowledge and experience in Java and Angular for application development

• Hands-on experience with SOAP UI, Postman, and the ability to create and execute test scripts

• Proficiency in SQL and experience working with SQL Server for database management

• Knowledge of Android Studio, Cordova, and Ionic for mobile application development

• Experience working with REST APIs and Maven for building and managing projects

• Fluency in English and French
