As a Senior RPA Tech Lead – UiPath Orchestration Expert, you will be working for our client, a global leader in digital transformation, focusing on streamlining operations through cutting-edge robotic process automation. You will provide technical guidance to the team, orchestrate complex automation workflows, and ensure the successful deployment and integration of UiPath solutions, driving efficiency and innovation within the organization. This role offers an exciting path for seasoned professionals to elevate their leadership and technical expertise in a dynamic environment.

Your main responsibilities:

• Lead the technical design and orchestration of RPA solutions using UiPath Orchestrator, ensuring optimal resource utilization.
• Guide the development team through deployment of automation solutions while maintaining adherence to best practices and standards.
• Own the technical architecture, including definition, validation, and implementation of key enablers within the squad.
• Manage technical debt, oversee integration into CI/CD pipelines, and ensure compliance with non-functional requirements including testing and performance.
• Support the technical skill development of team members and promote architectural best practices.
• Maintain the quality and accuracy of JIRA tickets, linking tasks to enablers, updating statuses, and tracking progress.
• Regularly update and monitor the debt score for all components under your scope, ensuring continuous improvement.
• Drive technical industrialization actions, prioritize their implementation, and oversee their execution within the team.

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• At least 5 years of experience in RPA, preferably in automation project leadership roles.
• Strong expertise in UiPath Studio, UiPath Robots, and UiPath Orchestrator.
• Proficiency in VB.NET, .NET, and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence for task management.
• Relevant certifications, such as UiPath Solution Architect, are a plus.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and the insurance industry are advantageous.
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written) with good proficiency in French.

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Additional certifications related to RPA or project management.
• Knowledge of scripting and automation best practices.
