Senior Scrum Master – Agile Delivery

Lisbon-based opportunity with a hybrid work model, including up to 2 remote days per week.

As a Senior Scrum Master, you will be working for our client, supporting Agile delivery, team collaboration, and continuous improvement. You will help the squad strengthen its delivery practices, foster resilience and adaptability, and maintain a strong team spirit while ensuring transparent progress tracking and reporting.

Your main responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and support effective Agile delivery.
• Ensure Agile best practices are consistently followed across the squad.
• Support reporting and progress tracking using JIRA and Confluence.
• Prepare performance and delivery reports using Power BI and Excel.
• Foster resilience, adaptability, and strong collaboration within the team.
• Encourage continuous improvement and promote a positive team environment.
• Support the squad in maintaining clear visibility of delivery progress.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• At least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence.
• Practical experience using Power BI and Excel for reporting.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Resilience, adaptability, and a strong team-oriented mindset.
• Availability for on-call support.

Language Required for the role:

• Fluent English — C1 level.
• Fluent French — C1 level.
