<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Running regular sessions with business users to clarify priorities, align expectations, and ensure transparency.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Database Performance: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Improving SQL and PL\/SQL efficiency in the Oracle environment to speed up processing and boost system responsiveness.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Pan-European Collaboration: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Working closely with teams across Europe while maintaining daily
