This is an exciting chance to grow your career within a dynamic environment that values innovation and quality.<\/p> <p><strong>Your main responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p> <ul> <li>Lead and coordinate testing activities using ALM, QC, Jira, and ISTQB standards.<\/li> <li>Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.<\/li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, document, and track defects.<\/li> <li>Ensure testing aligns with project deadlines, quality standards, and client requirements.<\/li> <li>Support automation efforts and continuous improvement initiatives in testing processes.<\/li> <li>Provide leadership and mentorship to junior testing team members.<\/li> <li>Communicate testing progress and issues effectively to stakeholders in English and French.<\/li> <li>Maintain a flexible working schedule of up to 2 remote days per week.<\/li> <\/ul> <p><strong>You&#8217;re ideal for this role if you have:<\/strong><\/p> <ul> <li>2+ years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.<\/li> <li>Strong knowledge of ALM, QC, Jira, and ISTQB methodologies.<\/li> <li>Proven experience in test planning, execution, and defect tracking.<\/li> <li>Familiarity with automated testing tools and frameworks.<\/li> <li>Excellent communication skills in English; additional fluency in French is a plus.<\/li> <li>Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, with good time management.<\/li> <\/ul> <p><strong>It is a strong plus if you have:<\/strong><\/p> <ul> <li>ISTQB certification or other relevant testing certifications.<\/li> <li>Experience working in international or multicultural teams.<\/li> <\/ul> <p><strong>Language Required for the role:<\/strong><\/p> <ul> <li>Communicative command of English and French.<\/li> <\/ul> <p><strong>Eligibility for the role:<\/strong><\/p> <ul> <li>Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in the European Union will be considered for this role.<\/li> <\/ul> <p><strong>#MAKEYourCareerBETTER<\/strong><br \/> Interested?
