Join us to make a difference in digital transformation and talent acquisition excellence.<\/p> <p><strong>Your main responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p> <ul> <li>Proactively sourcing top IT talent through advanced sourcing techniques and AI-powered recruitment tools<\/li> <li>Acting as the first point of contact for candidates to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience<\/li> <li>Building and nurturing strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs<\/li> <li>Preparing detailed candidate profiles and supporting recruiters in identifying top-tier talent<\/li> <li>Collaborating closely with the recruitment team to improve sourcing processes and strategies<\/li> <li>Testing, using, and contributing to the development of AI and automation tools at ITDS<\/li> <\/ul> <p><strong>You&#8217;re ideal for this role if you have:<\/strong><\/p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT recruitment or sourcing<\/li> <li>Knowledge of sourcing techniques on linkedin recuiter&nbsp;and ability to reach top talent effectively<\/li> <li>Fluent in Portuguese and good in English (minimum B2 level)<\/li> <li>Excellent communication and organizational skills with strong attention to detail<\/li> <li>A proactive, curious mindset and motivation to grow in IT recruitment<\/li> <\/ul> <p><strong>It is a strong plus if you have:<\/strong> (optional)<\/p> <ul> <li>Experience working with ATS systems and recruitment tools<\/li> <li>Familiarity with AI-powered sourcing and automation tools<\/li> <\/ul> <p><strong>Language Required for the role:<\/strong><\/p> <ul> <li>English (Communicative level)<\/li> <li>Portuguese (Fluent)<\/li> <\/ul> <p><strong>Eligibility for the role:<\/strong><\/p> <ul> <li>Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in the European Union will be considered for this role.<\/li> <\/ul> <p><strong>#MAKEYourCareerBETTER<\/strong><\/p> <p>Interested?
