Join a forward-thinking environment committed to excellence and continuous growth.<\/p> <p><strong>Your main responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p> <ul> <li>Lead requirements gathering sessions, analyze business processes, and develop detailed functional specifications and user stories.<\/li> <li>Design and document test cases, coordinate execution, and ensure quality through comprehensive testing documentation.<\/li> <li>Produce clear functional and technical documentation to support development and implementation.<\/li> <li>Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, facilitating effective communication and understanding.<\/li> <li>Write complex SQL queries and understand database models to validate data and support testing efforts.<\/li> <li>Maintain a strong understanding of the technical architecture and system integration points.<\/li> <li>Proactively identify areas for process improvement and collaborate to deliver innovative solutions.<\/li> <li>Apply Agile methodologies to manage deliverables and ensure project momentum.<\/li> <\/ul> <p><strong>You&#8217;re ideal for this role if you have:<\/strong><\/p> <ul> <li>At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the banking industry.<\/li> <li>Fluency in French (C1) and good command of English (B2\/C1).<\/li> <li>Extensive experience with requirements analysis, functional specifications, user stories, and testing.<\/li> <li>Proven ability to write both functional and technical documentation.<\/li> <li>Strong SQL skills and understanding of database structures.<\/li> <li>Knowledge of technical architecture and system integration.<\/li> <li>Excellent communication skills, proactive attitude, and ability to work independently.<\/li> <li>Experience working in Agile environments.<\/li> <\/ul> <p><strong>It is a strong plus if you have:<\/strong><\/p> <ul> <li>Industry experience in banking.<\/li> <li>Experience with system parametrization and configuration.<\/li> <\/ul> <p><strong>Language Required for the role:<\/strong><\/p> <ul> <li>Fluent in French (C1) and English (B2\/C1).<\/li> <\/ul> <p><strong>Eligibility to work in this role:<\/strong><\/p> <ul> <li>Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in the European Union will be considered for this role.<\/li> <\/ul> <p><strong>#MAKEYourCareerBETTER<\/strong><\/p> <p>Interested?
