You will play a key role in managing and supporting critical applications within a dynamic environment, ensuring operational excellence and continuous improvement. This is an exceptional opportunity to evolve your career in a global organization dedicated to innovation and technical mastery.<\/p> <p><strong>Your main responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p> <ul> <li>Provide expert level support for applications running on Linux and Windows environments, ensuring stability and availability.<\/li> <li>Develop and automate support procedures, incident management, and troubleshooting workflows.<\/li> <li>Collaborate with development, sysadmin, DBA, and networking teams to manage changes and ensure system integrity.<\/li> <li>Manage backups, conduct restoring tests, and ensure data integrity across various databases (Oracle, Sybase, SQL Server, MySQL).<\/li> <li>Monitor application and infrastructure performance, adhering to SLAs, and control load capacity.<\/li> <li>Contribute to the automation and continuous enhancement of operational procedures.<\/li> <li>Document architecture, procedures, and operational workflows to maintain comprehensive technical records.<\/li> <li>Work closely with development teams on application architecture and infrastructure standards.<\/li> <li>Participate in change management activities, including scheduled infrastructure tasks such as electrical shutdowns and server migrations.<\/li> <li>Keep technical documentation up to date and support ongoing infrastructure projects.<\/li> <\/ul> <p><strong>You\u2019re ideal for this role if you have:<\/strong><\/p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 9 years\u2019 experience in application support, DevOps, or related IT roles.<\/li> <li>Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows server environments.<\/li> <li>Hands-on experience with VTOM or other industrial schedulers.<\/li> <li>Proficiency in scripting languages: Shell, Python, and\/or PowerShell.<\/li> <li>Experience working with JBoss, Tomcat, Apache, or IIS.<\/li> <li>Solid understanding of databases: Oracle, Sybase, SQL Server, MySQL.<\/li> <li>Knowledge of infrastructure backups and monitoring tools, ideally Zabbix or Grafana.<\/li> <li>Familiarity with LDAP, Firewall, Reverse Proxy, Active Directory, and Kerberos.<\/li> <li>Basic networking knowledge.<\/li> <\/ul> <p><strong>It is a strong plus if you have:<\/strong><\/p> <ul> <li>Certifications related to DevOps or system administration.<\/li> <li>Experience with cloud platforms or automation tools.<\/li> <\/ul> <p><strong>Language Required for the role:<\/strong><\/p> <ul> <li>Fluent English (minimum B2 level).<\/li> <\/ul> <p><strong>Eligibility for the role:<\/strong><\/p> <ul> <li>Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in Europe will be considered for this role.<\/li> <\/ul> <p><strong>#MAKEYourCareerBETTER<\/strong><\/p> <p>Interested?
