You will contribute to developing and optimizing equity regulatory systems, ensuring seamless integration, and troubleshooting critical processes. Join a team committed to innovation, precision, and excellence in the financial services industry.<\/strong><\/p> <hr \/> <p><strong>Your main responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p> <ul> <li>Participate in the enhancement of regulatory processes and tools related to data development and monitoring.<\/li> <li>Develop and refine processes aligned with evolving regulatory requirements and business objectives, focusing on equity derivatives.<\/li> <li>Collaborate closely with teams managing Sophis Front to Back and TRR business units to ensure cohesive system integration.<\/li> <li>Diagnose and resolve technical issues encountered within the regulatory systems.<\/li> <li>Monitor project progress, deliver quality solutions, and share knowledge proactively with team members.<\/li> <li>Support major releases or high-impact events by extending intervention time, including occasional night or weekend work.<\/li> <li>Work with business analysts, regulatory teams, and IT colleagues to ensure compliance and contribute to the overarching regulatory framework.<\/li> <li>Apply agile methodology to efficiently prioritize and execute tasks within the team.<\/li> <\/ul> <hr \/> <p><strong>You\u2019re ideal for this role if you have:<\/strong><\/p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 9 years\u2019 experience in software development, particularly within financial or regulatory systems.<\/li> <li>Strong expertise in C# (.NET) and Oracle\/PLSQL.<\/li> <li>Hands-on experience with development tools such as Git, CLR, XLD, Azure DevOps, and Jenkins.<\/li> <li>Good understanding of Sophis customization, integration, and troubleshooting.<\/li> <li>Knowledge of financial regulations impacting trading systems is a plus.<\/li> <li>Demonstrated ability to work independently with autonomy, attention to detail, and rigor.<\/li> <li>Excellent team spirit, adaptability, and problem-solving skills in a cross-functional environment.<\/li> <li>Fluent in English (minimum B1 level).<\/li> <\/ul> <hr \/> <p><strong>It is a strong plus if you have:<\/strong><\/p> <ul> <li>Experience with C++, Java, Python.<\/li> <li>Proficiency in Power BI for dashboarding.<\/li> <li>Scripts in PowerShell or CMD.<\/li> <\/ul> <hr \/> <p><strong>Eligibility to work in:<\/strong> Europe.<br \/> <em>Only candidates with a legal right to work within the European Union will be considered for this role.<\/em><\/p> <hr \/> <p>#MAKEYourCareerBETTER<\/p> <p>Interested?
