You will be a key player in maintaining and supporting RPA processes, ensuring seamless automation operations that drive efficiency and excellence. This role offers a significant opportunity for growth in the dynamic field of robotic process automation and digital transformation.<\/p> <p><strong>Your main responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p> <ul> <li>Act as the point of contact for UiPath software robots in the production environment, assisting end-users with troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues.<\/li> <li>Monitor RPA processes and systems to ensure stability, performance, and continuous improvement.<\/li> <li>Document support tickets, resolutions, and best practices; prepare reports on RPA process health for stakeholders.<\/li> <li>Identify opportunities for process enhancements, collaborating with development teams to implement improvements.<\/li> <li>Provide training and shared knowledge resources to end-users and stakeholders to promote best practices.<\/li> <li>Communicate effectively with business users, IT teams, and developers to understand needs and support process optimization.<\/li> <li>Ensure RPA activities comply with quality standards and participate in testing validation procedures.<\/li> <li>Stay updated on the latest RPA tools, technologies, and industry trends to continuously upgrade skills.<\/li> <\/ul> <p><strong>You\u2019re ideal for this role if you have:<\/strong><\/p> <ul> <li>At least 3 years of IT application support experience.<\/li> <li>Proficiency in UiPath (mandatory 3+ years) and troubleshooting skills.<\/li> <li>Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.<\/li> <li>Experience with programming languages such as C# and\/or VB.Net.<\/li> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (fluent) and French (minimum B2).<\/li> <li>Client-centric approach to service delivery with stakeholder management skills.<\/li> <li>Adaptability and eagerness to stay current with evolving RPA technologies.<\/li> <li>A technical degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.<\/li> <\/ul> <p><strong>It is a strong plus if you have:<\/strong><\/p> <ul> <li>UiPath Certification(s).<\/li> <li>Experience with Agile methodologies and Atlassian tools.<\/li> <li>Knowledge of Elastic Search and Kibana.<\/li> <\/ul> <p><strong>Language required for the role:<\/strong><\/p> <ul> <li>Fluent English and French (verbal and written).<\/li> <\/ul> <p><strong>Eligibility for the role:<\/strong><\/p> <ul> <li>Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in the European Union will be considered for this role.<\/li> <\/ul> <p>#MAKEYourCareerBETTER<\/p> <p>Interested?
