You&#8217;ll keep services stable, recover them fast, and make reliability measurable \u2014 combining strong ITIL practice with deep monitoring and observability across a modern, cloud-native integration landscape.<\/p> <p><strong>Your main responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p> <ul> <li>Own end-to-end operations for all SaaS integrations and applications \u2014 availability, performance and incident resolution.<\/li> <li>Coordinate major incidents to restore service quickly, and run ITIL processes with a focus on incident, problem, change and event management.<\/li> <li>Manage the full application lifecycle: onboarding, configuration, upgrades, patching and decommissioning.<\/li> <li>Monitor the health and resilience of business-critical applications and their underlying infrastructure.<\/li> <li>Ensure monitoring and observability end-to-end \u2014 centralized logging, alerting, KPIs and dashboards.<\/li> <li>Manage SaaS vendor relationships, SLAs and escalations, and coordinate with development \/ DevOps teams on deployment and resilience.<\/li> <\/ul> <p><strong>You\u2019re ideal for this role if you have:<\/strong><\/p> <ul> <li>Solid experience in IT operations within a regulated industry \u2014 ideally banking or financial services.<\/li> <li>Proven hands-on experience managing SaaS applications across their full lifecycle and integrating them with internal and external systems.<\/li> <li>Strong experience supporting business-critical, highly available applications and infrastructure.<\/li> <li>Strong knowledge of ITIL processes (incident, problem, change, event) \u2014 certification a plus.<\/li> <li>Comfort working within rotational shifts across the team to keep services covered.<\/li> <li>Real depth in monitoring &amp; observability, centralized logging and alerting.<\/li> <li>Practical experience with ITSM \/ ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira or comparable).<\/li> <li>A good understanding of typical banking IT landscapes and their availability requirements.<\/li> <\/ul> <p><strong>Language Required for the role:<\/strong><\/p> <ul> <li>Fluent English<\/li> <\/ul> <p><strong>Eligibility for the role:<\/strong><\/p> <ul> <li>Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in the European Union will be considered for this role.<\/li> <\/ul> <p><strong>#MAKEYourCareerBETTER<\/strong><\/p> <p>Interested?
