You will contribute to the development and implementation of the organization\u2019s technology risk management framework, supporting a resilient, secure, and compliant banking environment. This role offers the chance to impact financial security and advance your career within a forward-thinking institution.<\/p> <p><strong>Your main responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p> <ul> <li>Develop and maintain the technology risk management framework, policies, and procedures to safeguard the bank\u2019s infrastructure.<\/li> <li>Conduct business analysis for internal asset management tools, managing production features and tickets, and supporting UAT testing in collaboration with product owners.<\/li> <li>Support the Obsolescence team with reporting, follow-up, and dashboard creation (Power BI\/Excel).<\/li> <li>Review first-line risks associated with third-party vendors and assist the Third-Party Risk Management team in risk follow-ups and closure.<\/li> <li>Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior management, to report on technological risks, vulnerabilities, and mitigation measures.<\/li> <li>Provide training, tools, and advice to staff to promote a robust risk management culture.<\/li> <li>Monitor and assess emerging risks and vulnerabilities across the bank\u2019s technology infrastructure.<\/li> <li>Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, including data protection and cybersecurity best practices.<\/li> <li>Collaborate with IT teams to implement controls, security measures, and risk mitigation strategies.<\/li> <li>Develop reports on technological risks, vulnerabilities, and controls for senior management and key stakeholders.<\/li> <\/ul> <p><strong>You\u2019re ideal for this role if you have:<\/strong><\/p> <ul> <li>A minimum of <strong>3 years<\/strong> experience in technology risk management within the banking or financial services industry.<\/li> <li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.<\/li> <li>Proven experience in cybersecurity, IT risk assessment, or control frameworks.<\/li> <li>Strong understanding of technology infrastructure, security principles, and risk methodologies.<\/li> <li>Hands-on experience with Power BI and Excel; knowledge of Splunk is a plus.<\/li> <li>Familiarity with industry standards such as COBIT and ITIL; certifications like ISO27001, ISO27005, CISSP, CISM, or CRISC are advantageous.<\/li> <li>Fluent in <strong>English<\/strong> (minimum B2) and <strong>Portuguese<\/strong>.<\/li> <li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.<\/li> <li>Creative, proactive, results-oriented, and confident in engaging with senior stakeholders.<\/li> <\/ul> <p><strong>It is a strong plus if you have:<\/strong><\/p> <ul> <li>Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to cybersecurity and technology risk.<\/li> <li>Additional certifications in cybersecurity or risk management.<\/li> <\/ul> <p><strong>Eligibility for the role:<\/strong><\/p> <ul> <li>Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in the European Union will be considered for this role.<\/li> <\/ul> <p><strong>#MAKEYourCareerBETTER<\/strong><\/p> <p>Interested?
