You will play a pivotal role in maintaining seamless IT operations, enhancing user experience, and driving technological excellence across enterprise environments. This is your chance to contribute to cutting-edge IT support initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.<\/p> <p><strong>Your main responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p> <ul> <li>Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, OS, and network incidents reported by users across Porto and Lisbon, ensuring minimal business impact.<\/li> <li>Manage full hardware\/software lifecycle, including enterprise endpoints (Windows\/macOS) and peripheral integrations.<\/li> <li>Provide dedicated support for meeting rooms and collaboration technology setups, focusing on Cisco and Microsoft TEAMS environments.<\/li> <li>Identify operational bottlenecks and automate repetitive tasks using PowerShell or other scripting tools to streamline support processes.<\/li> <li>Oversee workstation provisioning, inventory audits, and secure decommissioning protocols, adhering to corporate policies and data protection standards.<\/li> <li>Guide, train, and support junior support engineers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and structured troubleshooting.<\/li> <li>Collaborate cross-functionally with Infrastructure, Security, and SysAdmin teams during incident investigations, system rollouts, and infrastructure upgrades.<\/li> <\/ul> <p><strong>You&#8217;re ideal for this role if you have:<\/strong><\/p> <ul> <li>4+ years of hands-on experience in IT User Support, Service Desk, or Workplace Infrastructure management.<\/li> <li>Advanced proficiency in Windows OS environments, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.<\/li> <li>Working knowledge of macOS (basic configuration and troubleshooting).<\/li> <li>Practical experience with SCCM and Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions.<\/li> <li>Solid scripting skills, especially PowerShell, for automation and system management.<\/li> <li>Deep understanding of PC hardware, network protocols (TCP\/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs), and collaboration room setups (Cisco, TEAMS).<\/li> <li>Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and SLA-driven service delivery.<\/li> <\/ul> <p><strong>It is a strong plus if you have:<\/strong><\/p> <ul> <li>Fluency in French.<\/li> <li>Certifications in related fields (ITIL, Microsoft, Cisco) are advantageous.<\/li> <\/ul> <p><strong>Language required for the role:<\/strong><\/p> <ul> <li>Fluent English (B2 minimum).<\/li> <li>Portuguese language skills are highly desirable.<\/li> <\/ul> <p><strong>Eligibility to work in Europe:<\/strong><br \/> Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in the European Union will be considered for this role.<\/p> <p>#MAKEYourCareerBETTER<\/p> <p>Interested?
