You will drive complex projects that safeguard patient data and ensure regulatory adherence, fostering innovation and resilience in healthcare delivery.<\/p> <p><strong>Your main responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p> <ul> <li>Lead and coordinate healthcare IT projects focused on cybersecurity and compliance, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.<\/li> <li>Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and manage risks to maintain project health.<\/li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical experts and healthcare professionals, to align project objectives.<\/li> <li>Oversee budget management and resource allocation for cybersecurity initiatives.<\/li> <li>Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements across projects.<\/li> <li>Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing updates and insights.<\/li> <\/ul> <p><strong>You&#8217;re ideal for this role if you have:<\/strong><\/p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Project Management, particularly within the healthcare sector.<\/li> <li>Proven experience in cybersecurity and\/or information security projects.<\/li> <li>Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMP\u00ae, CAPM\u00ae, PRINCE2\u00ae).<\/li> <li>Fluent in English, with at least B2 level command.<\/li> <li>Excellent coordination, planning, and monitoring skills.<\/li> <li>Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.<\/li> <\/ul> <p><strong>It is a strong plus if you have:<\/strong> (optional)<\/p> <ul> <li>Proficiency in Portuguese.<\/li> <li>Additional certifications in cybersecurity or compliance.<\/li> <\/ul> <p><strong>Language Required for the role:<\/strong><\/p> <ul> <li>Fluent in English.<\/li> <\/ul> <p><strong>Eligibility to work in Europe:<\/strong><\/p> <ul> <li>Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in the European Union will be considered for this role.<\/li> <\/ul> <p><strong>#MAKEYourCareerBETTER<\/strong><\/p> <p>Interested?
