You will shape the technical architecture, advocate best practices, and mentor a team of professionals to deliver scalable, robust solutions that maximize platform value and meet strategic business needs. This is your chance to influence how organizations operate and innovate through technology.<\/p> <p>Your main responsibilities:<\/p> <ul> <li>Define and maintain the overall technical architecture of the ServiceNow platform.<\/li> <li>Lead the design, configuration, and development of ServiceNow solutions aligned with best practices.<\/li> <li>Review and validate technical designs, configurations, and customizations for scalability, maintainability, and upgrade readiness.<\/li> <li>Provide technical mentorship to developers and administrators, fostering continuous improvement.<\/li> <li>Design complex workflows, integrations, Service Catalog items, and automations to optimize platform utilization.<\/li> <li>Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into innovative technical solutions.<\/li> <li>Ensure platform security, performance, compliance, and reliability.<\/li> <li>Participate in platform roadmap planning and assess new ServiceNow capabilities for integration.<\/li> <\/ul> <p>You&#8217;re ideal for this role if you have:<\/p> <ul> <li>Minimum 4 years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing ServiceNow solutions.<\/li> <li>Expertise in ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request Management, and Service Catalog.<\/li> <li>Strong proficiency with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Business Rules, UI Policies, and Script Includes.<\/li> <li>Extensive experience with Javascript within the ServiceNow environment.<\/li> <li>Proven ability to design and implement integrations using REST APIs, SOAP, and MID Server.<\/li> <li>ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications (must-have).<\/li> <li>Excellent command of English (B2-C1 level).<\/li> <\/ul> <p>It is a strong plus if you have:<\/p> <ul> <li>Knowledge of CMDB and ITOM modules.<\/li> <li>Experience working with enterprise architects and cross-team collaborations.<\/li> <li>Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ITIL best practices.<\/li> <\/ul> <p>Eligibility for the role:<\/p> <p>Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in the European Union will be considered for this role.<\/p> <p>#MAKEYourCareerBETTER<\/p> <p>Interested?
