Join a dynamic team responsible for designing and implementing high-quality solutions that drive digital excellence and operational efficiency. This role offers a platform for impactful leadership and professional growth in a forward-thinking environment.<\/p> <p>Your main responsibilities:<\/p> <ul> <li>Lead the technical design of user stories and features following CAA standards, with a focus on non-functional requirements.<\/li> <li>Ensure adherence to best practices within the squad, including peer review, unit test automation, and development standards.<\/li> <li>Cascading the train\u2019s technical architecture and design priorities down to the squad level.<\/li> <li>Specify and validate technical enablers, managing technical debt, and updating documentation according to standards.<\/li> <li>Oversee the integration of components into CI\/CD pipelines, ensuring testing and compliance with non-functional requirements.<\/li> <li>Support technical upskilling initiatives within the team, fostering continuous improvement.<\/li> <li>Drive the implementation of prioritized technical industrialization actions across the squad.<\/li> <li>Maintain and regularly update the Debt Score for all components within your scope relative to Golden Rules.<\/li> <\/ul> <p>You&#8217;re ideal for this role if you have:<\/p> <ul> <li>At least 4 years of experience in software development or technical leadership.<\/li> <li>Proven expertise in designing and implementing complex systems following industry best practices.<\/li> <li>Strong knowledge of software architecture, integration, and testing.<\/li> <li>Experience with technical documentation and CI\/CD processes.<\/li> <li>Excellent communication skills in English, with French being a plus.<\/li> <\/ul> <p>It is a strong plus if you have:<\/p> <ul> <li>Experience working within Agile\/Scrum environments.<\/li> <li>Familiarity with banking or financial sector software.<\/li> <li>Certifications or practical knowledge related to software architecture or DevOps practices.<\/li> <\/ul> <p>Language required for the role:<\/p> <ul> <li>English: Communicative level<\/li> <li>French: Good command<\/li> <\/ul> <p>Eligibility to work in Europe:<\/p> <ul> <li>Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in the European Union will be considered for this role.<\/li> <\/ul> <p><strong>#MAKEYourCareerBETTER<\/strong><\/p> <p>Interested?
