You will play a pivotal role in driving the technical strategy, governance, and long-term success of the ServiceNow platform, delivering innovative solutions that optimize workflows and elevate organizational efficiency. This is your chance to shape cutting-edge platform architecture and influence the future of enterprise service management.<\/p> <p>Your main responsibilities:<\/p> <ul> <li>Define and maintain the technical architecture of the ServiceNow platform to ensure scalability and maintainability.<\/li> <li>Lead the design, configuration, and development of robust ServiceNow solutions aligned with best practices.<\/li> <li>Review and validate technical designs, configurations, and custom developments to ensure upgrade readiness and platform stability.<\/li> <li>Provide technical leadership and mentorship to ServiceNow developers and administrators.<\/li> <li>Design complex workflows, Service Catalog items, integrations, and automations to meet business needs.<\/li> <li>Collaborate with stakeholders to translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.<\/li> <li>Oversee platform performance, security, reliability, and ensure compliance with organizational standards.<\/li> <li>Participate in platform roadmap planning and identify opportunities for leveraging new ServiceNow capabilities.<\/li> <\/ul> <p>You&#8217;re ideal for this role if you have:<\/p> <ul> <li>4+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform development and architecture.<\/li> <li>Strong expertise in ServiceNow design, configuration, and scripting.<\/li> <li>Experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring teams.<\/li> <li>Knowledge of platform governance, upgrade management, and integrations.<\/li> <li>Strong understanding of CMDB and platform security best practices is a significant plus.<\/li> <\/ul> <p>It is a strong plus if you have:<\/p> <ul> <li>Certifications in ServiceNow (e.g., CIS, CSA).<\/li> <li>Experience with platform performance optimization and complex workflows.<\/li> <\/ul> <p>Language Required for the role:<\/p> <ul> <li>Fluent in English.<\/li> <\/ul> <p>Eligibility for the role:<\/p> <ul> <li>Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in the European Union will be considered for this role.<\/li> <\/ul> <p>#MAKEYourCareerBETTER<\/p> <p>Interested?
