You will play a pivotal role in delivering the technical, integration, and AI workstream for the LMS Replacement Programme, shaping the future of enterprise learning technology and compliance.<\/p> <p>Your main responsibilities:<\/p> <ul> <li>Develop, maintain, and execute detailed technical, integrations, and AI workstream plans aligned with the overall delivery strategy.<\/li> <li>Lead day-to-day delivery, coordinating technical resources and suppliers to ensure successful implementation.<\/li> <li>Track project milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues, providing timely updates and escalations to the IT Delivery Lead.<\/li> <li>Oversee technical design, interface specifications, and engineering deliverables, ensuring quality and adherence to architecture standards.<\/li> <li>Embed validation and quality assurance into all phases of technical delivery, ensuring inspection-ready evidence for GxP-regulated systems.<\/li> <li>Collaborate closely with internal teams and third-party partners to ensure end-to-end interface delivery, defect resolution, and operational readiness.<\/li> <li>Drive opportunities for automation and AI-assisted engineering to enhance productivity and quality.<\/li> <li>Support technical cutover, hypercare, and transition activities to ensure seamless go-live and ongoing success of the LMS platform.<\/li> <\/ul> <p>You&#8217;re ideal for this role if you have:<\/p> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience leading complex enterprise technical delivery, specifically in LMS or comparable SaaS platforms.<\/li> <li>Proven expertise in APIs, middleware, interface design, and cloud\/SaaS integrations.<\/li> <li>Extensive experience delivering technical components within validated GxP environments, including traceability, testing evidence, and inspection readiness.<\/li> <li>Strong leadership skills in coordinating solution architects, engineers, third-party vendors, and cross-functional teams.<\/li> <li>Deep understanding of non-functional requirements such as security, performance, and operational stability.<\/li> <li>AI fluency with practical experience applying automation and AI tools to technical engineering processes.<\/li> <li>Excellent stakeholder communication skills and experience managing detailed workstream plans.<\/li> <\/ul> <p>It is a strong plus if you have:<\/p> <ul> <li>Cornerstone or similar enterprise LMS implementation experience.<\/li> <li>Industry experience within pharmaceutical, life sciences, or regulated sectors.<\/li> <li>Relevant cloud, architecture, or engineering certifications.<\/li> <\/ul> <p>Languages required for the role: <strong>English (Fluent), Portuguese (Fluent).<\/strong><\/p> <p>Eligibility to work in Europe: <strong>Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in the European Union will be considered for this role.<\/strong><\/p> <p>#MAKEYourCareerBETTER<\/p> <p>Interested?
