You will drive critical data migration initiatives, ensuring compliance, data integrity, and seamless transition, while leveraging AI-driven automation to elevate delivery standards and transparency. This is your chance to shape cutting-edge solutions that impact global compliance and operational excellence.<\/p> <p><strong>Your main responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p> <ul> <li>Develop and execute the detailed Data Migration &amp; Archiving workstream plan aligned with the overall technology delivery schedule.<\/li> <li>Lead daily delivery activities, coordinating with specialists, the implementation partner, and third-party suppliers to ensure milestones are met.<\/li> <li>Track project progress, manage dependencies, risks, and issues, providing timely status reports and escalation when necessary.<\/li> <li>Define and oversee the migration approach, including source assessment, profiling, mapping, transformation, and reconciliation processes.<\/li> <li>Lead migration rehearsals, evaluate readiness, and ensure remediation before production deployment.<\/li> <li>Establish and maintain archiving strategies for records not migrated, ensuring accessibility, security, and compliance with legal and regulatory standards.<\/li> <li>Ensure all data quality, validation, and inspection readiness requirements are embedded in all phases of delivery.<\/li> <li>Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams on data decisions, cleansing, testing, and validation activities.<\/li> <li>Evaluate, recommend, and apply AI, automation, and analytics techniques to enhance profiling, mapping, and reconciliation processes.<\/li> <\/ul> <p><strong>You&#8217;re ideal for this role if you have:<\/strong><\/p> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience leading enterprise data migration and archiving initiatives in complex SaaS environments.<\/li> <li>Proven expertise in delivering GxP-regulated systems, with a focus on data integrity, traceability, and validation.<\/li> <li>Strong understanding of records retention, archiving, legal hold, and regulated record requirements.<\/li> <li>Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary teams, including data analysts, engineers, legal, and third-party suppliers.<\/li> <li>Deep knowledge of data quality, reconciliation, exception management, and control frameworks.<\/li> <li>Practical understanding of automation and AI techniques for data profiling, cleansing, and reconciliation.<\/li> <\/ul> <p>It is a strong plus if you have:<\/p> <ul> <li>Experience with Cornerstone, Saba, or comparable LMS data migration projects.<\/li> <li>Knowledge of enterprise archiving platforms and APIs.<\/li> <li>Industry experience within regulated environments such as life sciences or pharmaceuticals.<\/li> <li>Relevant certifications in data management, migration, or delivery.<\/li> <\/ul> <p><strong>Languages Required:<\/strong><\/p> <ul> <li>Fluent English<\/li> <li>Portuguese (Fluent)<\/li> <\/ul> <p><strong>Eligibility to work in Europe:<\/strong><br \/> Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in the European Union will be considered for this role.<\/p> <p><strong>#MAKEYourCareerBETTER<\/strong><\/p> <p>Interested?
