You will help develop scalable features, optimize the data architecture, and contribute to reliable solutions in a collaborative DevOps and Agile environment.<\/p> <p><strong>Your main responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p> <ul> <li>Collaborate on the technical design of new features.<\/li> <li>Develop and enhance features for a scalable Big Data platform.<\/li> <li>Rationalize and reuse components to optimize the architecture.<\/li> <li>Participate in code reviews and contribute to overall code quality.<\/li> <li>Support deployments to test and production environments in a DevOps context.<\/li> <li>Manage component upgrades and perform associated testing.<\/li> <li>Create and maintain technical documentation.<\/li> <li>Participate in Agile ceremonies using Jira and Confluence.<\/li> <\/ul> <p><strong>You&#8217;re ideal for this role if you have:<\/strong><\/p> <ul> <li>At least 5 years of experience as a Data Engineer.<\/li> <li>Strong proficiency in Spark 3, including optimization techniques.<\/li> <li>Experience with Scala 2.<\/li> <li>Strong knowledge of the Hadoop ecosystem, including YARN, HDFS, Hive, and Kafka.<\/li> <li>Experience with CI\/CD pipelines, including Jenkins, XL Deploy, and XL Release.<\/li> <li>Practical knowledge of Bitbucket Git, Jira, and Confluence.<\/li> <li>Experience with Control-M job scheduling.<\/li> <\/ul> <p><strong>It is a strong plus if you have:<\/strong><\/p> <ul> <li>Knowledge of Hadoop security technologies, including Kerberos and Ranger.<\/li> <li>Experience with a functional programming framework such as ZIO or Cats.<\/li> <\/ul> <p><strong>Language Required for the role:<\/strong> Fluent English.<\/p> <p><strong>Eligibility for the role:<\/strong> Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in Europe will be considered for this role.<\/p> <p><strong>#MAKEYourCareerBETTER<\/strong><\/p> <p>Interested?
