Improve infrastructure by automating and developing environments in the Banking industry

As a DevOps Engineer, you will have the opportunity to take part in the development of one of the largest and most recognizable banks in Europe. Together with your team, you will develop and automate the environment and monitor processes through continuous cooperation with developers and architects.

Your main responsibilities: implementation of automated shell script using Korn Shell in the bank’s environment

• Automation of banking running processes: Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment
• Creation scripts that automate administrative tasks
• System and application performance monitoring
• Cooperation with developers, testers, and infrastructure administrators

As an ideal Candidate you have:

• +2 years of experience in working with Unix Solaris  (KSH) & Linux scripts
• Experience in the automation of software process
• Experience in automating configuration management and CD deployment process
• Knowledge of  the scripting languages: KSH, PowerShell
• Experience in monitoring applications
• Knowledge of relational  databases (eg Oracle, PostgreSQL, )
• Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and version control systems
