We are a fast-growing company delivering IT services (IT Engineers Outsourcing, Solution Integration Product Development…) for the Finance_Fintech_eCommerce Industries. We are now looking to boost our finance department with a smart Finance manager, who will be responsible for fuelling our growth by managing well our finance in our company in Portugal.
Your responsibilities in our Finance Team:
- Controlling & reporting the time registration (on a weekly/monthly basis).
- Managing all activities connected with projects/clients/consultants opening/extension/closing – administration in the financial system).
- Responsibility for document circulation (collecting/filing/sharing) and cooperation with external accountants.
- Revenue reporting and controlling incl. issuing reinvoices/debit notes – DSO reporting
- Cost controlling.
- Supporting end-of-month closing activities (Client’s timesheets, hours, and cost rate reporting, sales invoicing, collection and reporting, all costs invoices, KPI reporting. IC reconcile).
- Budgeting and forecasting responsibility.
- Payments (controlling and processing).
- Credit cards monthly reconciliation.
- Other ad hoc tasks/reports support.
Payroll support
- Set up and control the new joiners’ accounts in the Core system,
- headcount control and reporting,
- ordering and controlling the whole process of meal cards (OTP process),
- ordering and controlling the whole process of health and medical insurance (OTP process),
- preparation and controlling of the data for the Payroll List,
- collect and store HR documents,
- preparation of annexes for contracts, employment confirmations and others – in line with current need.
As an ideal candidate, you have :
- Fluency in written and spoken English (at least B2/C1 level)
- Portuguese – nice to have
- Financial background (education) and professional experience – at least 5 years (preferably in consulting companies),
- Very good knowledge of MS Office tools (especially Excel)
- Very good communication skills.
- Team player approach with a “can-do” attitude.
- Willingness to work in a very dynamic and fast-paced project environment
- Multitasking abilities but at the same time – attention to details
- Perfect work organization, ability to work on many deadlines
