Business Analyst – Financial Sector

As a Business Analyst, you will join our esteemed client in the realm of technology solutions, renowned for their pioneering initiatives and expertise in integrating complex systems. Your role will center around analyzing, detailing, and specifying requirements to bridge the gap between IT and business, with a strong focus on SalesForce, alongside knowledge in SAP, Java, and Web technologies.

Your main responsibilities:

• Analyze business processes and requirements to propose and design technology solutions.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver SalesForce-based solutions.
• Lead the implementation of SalesForce projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Facilitate communication between IT teams and business units to ensure accurate requirements gathering.
• Conduct and participate in workshops and training sessions to drive understanding and adoption of SalesForce solutions.
• Manage project documentation, including requirements, project plans, and reports.

You’re ideal for the role if you have:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a business analyst role, preferably with a focus on SalesForce.
• SalesForce certification is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business needs into IT solutions.
• Excellent command of English; fluency in French is a significant advantage.
• Proven experience in SAP, Java, and web technologies.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
