Senior Dev Team Leader Scrum/Product Owner (French Speaker)

This is a Hybrid Porto-based opportunity.

As a Team Leader Scum/Product Owner, you will work for our client – a leader in the financial industry, exemplifying innovation, agility, and unwavering commitment to its clients! You will be responsible for leading cross-functional Agile teams in the development and delivery of innovative financial products and services, ensuring alignment with client needs, regulatory requirements, and strategic business objectives, while fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and client satisfaction.

Your main responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment

• Coordinate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into actionable tasks for the development team

• Drive the Agile development process as a Scrum Master, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives

• Act as the Product Owner, prioritizing and managing the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs

• Provide technical guidance and support to team members, ensuring the successful delivery of projects within specified timelines and quality standards

You’re ideal for the role if you have:

• Extensive experience in software development with a strong background in leading development teams

• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and experience in the role of Scrum Master/Product Owner

• Fluency in French: B2

• Demonstrated ability to manage project priorities, resources, and timelines effectively

• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges in a fast-paced development environment
