Senior CRM Developer (Zoho)

This is a Hybrid Porto-based opportunity.- 3x per week at home

As a Zoho Developer, you will work for our client – a Portuguese multinational company primarily involved in the automotive industry! You will be responsible for developing, customising, and optimising Zoho CRM solutions to enhance business processes and improve overall efficiency.

Your main responsibilities:

• Design and implement custom solutions within Zoho CRM to meet business requirements

• Map functional requirements to Zoho CRM features, including custom modules, workflows, and automation

• Develop and execute unit, integration, and end-to-end tests for Zoho CRM implementations

• Define and manage test plans to ensure CRM solution quality and alignment with business goals

• Incorporate company values and demonstrate responsibility, attention to detail, and critical thinking in day-to-day activities

You’re ideal for the role if you have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field

• Experience in JavaScript development with knowledge of Node.js, Vue, and Svelte (experience with Zoho Deluge is highly valued)

• Proficiency in implementing and consuming REST/SOAP services within Zoho CRM

• Strong analytical and solution architecture skills specific to Zoho CRM environments

• Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (spoken and written)
