Anna Stanek_Biz Dev Department

Associate Director -> Director

Over the last 4 years working at ITDS, Anna Stanek has successfully built a unit of +70 engineers spread over different projects & clients such as Credit Suisse, UBS, HSBC, Santander or EFL while managing our regional footprint in Wroclaw & Krakow which continuously grows. Anna has also managed to develop great leadership skills & IT knowledge. She contentedly manages her team with a strong focus on Customer & Consultant satisfaction.

In her new position of Director, Anna will continue to pursue the goal of growing her unit up to 100+ engineers by consolidating our current portfolio of clients and acquiring new customers in different industries. Anna will also continue to expand, hire and mentor additional Business Managers and Associates to strengthen the current presence of ITDS in Wroclaw & Krakow to better serve our customers and our engineers.

Barbara Wiosek

Recruitment Team Leader -> Recruitment Manager

Basia joined ITDS 3 years ago and since the start she has been taking care of Wroclaw and Krakow market. She has started in ITDS as IT Recruiter but throughout time she was promoted to a Senior Recruiter, later to Recruitment Team Lead who was managing 2 Recruiters and now she got promoted to Recruitment Team Lead and her unit grew to 4 Recruiters and 1 Sourcer.

Basia has ambitious plans to maintain high results and continue to match top talents and projects in ITDS focusing on Wroclaw and Krakow.

Katarzyna Antczak-Nowak

Recruitment Team Leader -> Recruitment Manager

Kasia joined ITDS over 7 months ago having around 10 years of experience which she has gained in big corporations. She is not afraid of working on challenging profiles and she is always doing it with a positive attitude!

Apart from the regular recruitment of Consultants in ITDS, she is now confronted with building up her Unit – she has already hired and onboarded a Recruitment Team Lead but the plan is to onboard 3 more FTE (preferable 2 Recruiters and 1 IT Talent Sourcer) still this year.

Olena Witowska

IT Recruiter –> Recruitment Team Lead

Olena joined ITDS 2 years ago as an Associate Recruiter, she made a quite fast jump from an Associate Recruiter to a Regular Recruiter and now she was promoted to a Recruitment Team Lead.

In March Olena has onboarded an IT Talent Sourcer who reports to her and she is developing her competences in the new role and at the same time she is working actively on her own delivery.
