IT Recruitment Operations Specialist – Mid to Senior Level

As a Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist, you will be working for our client, a leading player in the IT industry passionately dedicated to transforming how organizations attract top tech talent. Your expertise will empower efficient recruitment pipelines, elevate candidate experiences, and ensure operational excellence across multiple channels. Your main responsibilities:

• Manage candidate pipelines efficiently within the ATS, ensuring smooth progression and timely closure of roles.
• Publish job openings across various channels, collaborating with marketing to enhance visibility and brand presence.
• Maintain accurate, real-time data within the ATS, tracking candidate statuses and process milestones.
• Follow established recruitment workflows meticulously, adhering to deadlines and optimizing process bottlenecks.
• Work closely with marketing teams to coordinate multi-channel campaigns that attract quality candidates.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume candidate pipelines with high data accuracy.
• Strong operational mindset with attention to detail, following workflows and processes precisely.
• Collaborative approach, working effectively with recruiters and marketing teams.
• Flexibility to work in a hybrid model, with at least 2 days remote per week.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese.

• Familiarity with AI-powered recruitment tools or automation platforms.
• Experience managing multi-channel talent campaigns.
