Senior Atlassian Data Center Administrator – Jira & Confluence

As a Senior Atlassian Data Center Administrator, you will be working for our client, a leader in enterprise collaboration solutions. You will play a key role in maintaining and optimizing Jira and Confluence Data Center platforms, ensuring seamless performance and high availability. Your main responsibilities:

• Ensure the availability and performance of Jira and Confluence Data Center platforms.
• Maintain a low number of major incidents and handle advanced troubleshooting.
• Define and execute controlled upgrade plans for Jira, Confluence, and plugins, including testing and validation.
• Manage Atlassian infrastructure, working closely with teams responsible for Linux servers, databases, storage, and cluster management.
• Uphold Atlassian governance and follow best practices in administration, including documentation and integration with other applications such as ServiceNow and Splunk.
• Collaborate with the Atlassian Cloud team to ensure seamless interaction between Data Center and Cloud environments.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• 5+ years of experience administering Atlassian solutions, with at least 3 years in Atlassian Data Center environments.
• Strong expertise in Jira and Confluence platform lifecycle management.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting system issues and managing infrastructure components (Linux servers, databases, load balancers).
• Knowledge of Atlassian plugin management (e.g., Exalate) and integrations with other systems.
• Experience with Atlassian administration governance and technical documentation.
• Good command of English (C1 level).

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Certifications related to Atlassian tools.
• Knowledge of Atlassian Cloud administration.
• French language skills are a plus.
