As a Senior Test Lead, you will be working for our client, a leading player in the technology industry committed to delivering high-quality solutions. In this role, you will oversee testing processes, ensuring robust software performance and reliability, driving continuous improvement, and shaping the future of quality assurance.

Your main responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate testing efforts across projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Manage ALM, QC, Jira, and Yest test tools to streamline test execution and reporting.
• Develop and maintain testing documentation aligned with ISTQB best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, report, and track defects efficiently.
• Provide mentorship to junior team members, fostering professional growth.
• Implement testing strategies that enhance coverage, efficiency, and effectiveness.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize testing workflows.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and client expectations.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• At least 4 years of experience in software testing, QA, or related fields.
• Strong expertise with ALM, QC, Jira, and Yest tools.
• Knowledge of ISTQB testing methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills and a communicative approach.
• Proven leadership skills from a senior testing background.
• Ability to manage testing activities in complex environments.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)

• Certifications in ISTQB or related QA frameworks.
• Experience with automated testing tools.

Language Required for the role:

• Fluent in English and French, with good command of both.
