Senior Test Manager – ALM, Jira, ISTQB Expertise

As a Senior Test Manager, you will be working for our client, a leader in the technology industry committed to delivering top-tier software solutions. You will oversee testing processes and quality management to ensure excellence in product delivery, driving continuous improvement and innovation in a dynamic environment.

Your main responsibilities:

• Lead test strategy development and execution for complex projects using ALM, QC, Jira, and Yest tools
• Manage testing teams and coordinate testing activities across multiple stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with ISTQB standards and industry best practices
• Oversee defect tracking, reporting, and resolution to maintain high-quality standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate testing into agile development workflows
• Continually optimize testing processes and workflows for efficiency and effectiveness
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior testing staff
• Develop and maintain comprehensive test documentation and reports

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance management
• Strong expertise in ALM, QC, Jira, and Yest tools
• Solid knowledge of ISTQB standards and certifications
• Excellent command of English and French (spoken and written)
• Proven experience in leading testing teams and managing test projects
• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)

• Certifications in test management or related fields
• Experience working in international or multicultural environments

Language Required for the role:

• English (good command)
• French (good command)
