Senior Agentic AI Developer – Autonomous Systems

As a Senior Agentic AI Developer – Autonomous Systems, you will be working for our client, a leading player in the financial services sector. You will contribute to the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge autonomous and reactive intelligent systems that interact dynamically with their environment to achieve complex objectives. Your main responsibilities:

• Design and develop intelligent agent architectures utilizing the latest AI techniques, including Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Reinforcement Learning, and hybrid approaches.
• Implement learning algorithms for decision-making, perception, planning, and interaction within autonomous systems.
• Develop simulation environments for testing, training, and evaluating agent performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product managers, data scientists, and engineers to define requirements and integrate agentic AI solutions into products and services.
• Participate throughout the entire software development lifecycle, from specifications to deployment and maintenance, ensuring high-quality, performant, and robust solutions.
• Stay informed on cutting-edge research in agentic AI and propose innovative solutions.
• Contribute to technical documentation and share knowledge within the team.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• At least 9 years of experience in AI development, with a specialization in agentic AI, multi-agent systems, or related fields.
• Proficiency in Python; knowledge of C++ or Java is a plus.
• Solid experience with ML/DL frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or Scikit-learn.
• Deep understanding of core agentic AI concepts: Perception, Reasoning, Planning, Learning, Action, BDI architecture, etc.
• Hands-on experience with simulation environments like OpenAI Gym, Unity ML-Agents, or custom platforms.
• Familiarity with agent modeling and simulation tools like NetLogo, JADE, Mason, depending on the specific project needs.
• Ability to work with large datasets for training AI models.
• Good familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Excellent command of French (written and spoken) to ensure effective communication within the team and with French-speaking clients.
• Technical proficiency in English is a plus for engaging with scientific literature and documentation.

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Certifications or experience in advanced AI or agent-based modeling.
• Experience working in international or multicultural teams.
